A&MPG Accounting Services was founded in 1996 by Mr Adrian Bolton as a sole trader offering a wide variety of accounting and related services to Sole traders, Partnerships and "Small Limited Companies". In 2003 the business incorporated into a limited company with Adrian Bolton and Mark Spittlehouse as directors.In June 2001 the company expanded into new premises at the foot of Meadowhead where it is currently situated. The office has recently been subject to extensive renovations and now has a board room facility and storage facilities for clients books and records etc. The office is conveniently located to avoid the hustle of Sheffield City centre with plenty of "free parking" available and is next door neighbours to the Natwest Bank and Lloyds Bank. Thanks to Sheffield City Council we now have a loading bay directly outside the office - a help to clients dropping off and collecting books and records.Meet the Team:Adrian Bolton (Managing Director) As mentioned above Adrian set up A&MPG from his garage in 1996. He had previously served 18 years within one firm of Sheffield based Chartered Accountants from Articled clerk in 1978 to Audit Manager before founding A&MPG. He lives locally to Woodseats and is always available for out of hours appointments to suit your needs. He's a keen sportsman, he has played football and cricket for Grindleford - although football has had to take a back seat, he still can be seen turning out for the cricket team.Mark Spittlehouse (Director/Office Manager) Originally joined the business on a 2 week trial basis in 1997 and is still here now. He qualified as an Accounting Technician in 2004 and is now a recognised Member in Practice with the AAT. Another keen sportsman, the deal to join the business was completed in the pub after a game of cricket for Grindleford. He also has had to retire from football recently due to family commitments but has recently managed to take up golf.Andrew Black (Accounts Assistant)Our most recent aquisition, although at the time of writing he's been here 5 years! Andrew also is a qualified Accounting Technician and in 2011 qualified as a taxation technician also. Our third sportsman can be seen regularly on the golf course with Mark and is a member of Lees Hall Golf Club. VAT Returns

With new regulations in place requiring a businesses with a turnover of £100,000 and above to file their VAT returns online, we have the facilities to process our clients VAT returns online on thier behalf. We can process the VAT return online from your calculated figures if you do not have the ability to. You can also send us your information and hand in hand with our bookeeping service we can do all the calculations for you.

Payroll

Whether its weekly or monthly our experienced payroll processing staff are on hand to help your business

We are able to offer a complete payroll package to suit your needs, whether its a weekly payroll with differing hours or a set monthly salary we will process it to your set paydates and provide you with payslips and process any P45s etc. We will provide you with monthly or quarterly calculations as required for PAYE/NI payments due to HMR&C. We are also able to reconcile and complete your year end payroll obligations i.e P35 and P14s and file them online on your behalf.
